Our four is imported from Italy and is made from a combination of 7 different wheats. The wheat is ground so slow that when it is finished it is ready for pizza making without requiring any additives. This unique flour is also low in fat and carbs.
History suggests that the first “seed” of the San Marzano tomato came to Campania in the 1770 as a gift from the Kingdom of Peru to the Kingdom of Naples. It was planted in a small area that today is called “San Marzano”. The area is known for the rich volcanic soil of Mt. Vesuvius. They are considered to be the best tomatoes used to make tomato sauce.
Our Mozzarella and Burrata style cheeses are made fresh daily from imported curds, giving us the freshest product on par with italy’s finest fior di latte.
